Be Heard: Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Your Leadership in Action Reporting to the Director of Home Care, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of our multisite Home Care offices. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP), manage budgets, set and meet key performance indicators (including STAR ratings), and foster a culture of excellence. Your responsibilities include hiring and supervising field clinicians and office support staff, directing Clinical Supervisors, participating in on-call rotation, and leading quality improvement and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license, in good standing
  • 8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN), including 2 years acute care and 3 years home care/hospice
  • Proven management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations; CHAP standards preferred
