Requirements

  • 2+ years of home care experience
  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)
  • Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion)
  • Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches
  • Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams
  • Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
  • Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
