YOUR HOURS: We offer a consistent schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday–Friday. THE DIFFERENCE THAT YOU WILL MAKE: You lead with balance, managing caregiver schedules, ensuring client care plans meet evolving needs, and stepping in with hands-on care when the situation calls for it. You'll assess new clients in their homes, oversee the County office, support hiring and training efforts, and foster community relationships to grow our services. Requirements

  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A willingness to provide hands-on care when needed
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
