Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise the delivery of excellent client service. Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current practical nurse licensure.
- At least two years of practical nursing experience.
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
