About The Position
The role provides spiritual care, short term counseling, worship leadership, education, and other religious support to patients, families, and staff as members of the interdisciplinary care team. The position is based at BJC Home Care in Saint Louis, Missouri, covering the Chesterfield and St Charles area as part of the West Pod Team. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with an expectation to work 4 weekends per year, during which 2 scheduled days off will be provided during the week for each weekend worked. The case load consists of 45-55 patients in their residences, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
