About The Position

The HomeCare HomeBase Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and on-going management of a variety of IT applications and initiatives. The HCHB Support Analyst will be an interface between end users, other internal IT groups, and external support teams and vendors. This position is responsible for ensuring reliable services of all end user facing applications.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferred.
  • 2-3 Years' experience in a comparable Application Support Analyst role.
  • 2-3 Years' experience supporting applications running over Windows Server OS and running on Windows PC.
  • A general understanding of wide-area (WAN) computer networks and the systems that support them.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CPR+ Software for Home Infusion, Specialty RX, and HME.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Platform and Related Technologies.
  • SDLC or comparable Project Management Experience or PMP Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support to internal customers (end users as well as other IT groups) and external clients and vendors.
  • Provide implementation and management of key application projects and other initiatives.
  • Assist with developing internal support knowledge base, documentation, and cross-training to the desk and Customer Support Technicians.
  • Participate in regular IT meetings and project planning sessions.
