About The Position

The field supervisor is responsible for conducting on-site client evaluations and developing service plans in conjunction with the authorization. This role includes performing other field visits as assigned, completing visits as scheduled, and reporting daily to the scheduler. The supervisor is also tasked with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising attendants, completing appropriate forms, and attaching them to the daily visit report to be turned into the office within 48 hours of the visit. The position requires a varying schedule of 2 to 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• Two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university, or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college.
• Experience in PHC and MC preferred.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Perform other field visits as assigned and complete visits as scheduled.
• Report daily to the scheduler regarding visits.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants.
• Complete appropriate forms and attach them to the daily visit report, submitting them within 48 hours of the visit.
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor about department issues and potential problems.
• Adhere to organization policies and procedures, acting as a role model within and outside the agency.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and demonstrate flexible and efficient time management.
• Participate in working groups, councils, and committees.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and participate in special projects.
• Create and conduct presentations using audio-visual tools, including PowerPoint.
• Promote the company's core values and complete required compliance annual training.
