Requirements
- Active CNA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment.
