Responsibilities
- Help to maintain the client's physical & mental well-being
- Provide direct and indirect care to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Safely transfer & ambulate client
- Provide personal hygienic care
- Observe, report, and document client status
- Attend in-services for continuing education
- May perform other duties as assigned'
