General Responsibilities Provides administrative supervision to clients and staff of Springmoor Home Care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective staff coordination. Essential Job Functions Adheres to all Springmoor Home Care policies and procedures. Maintains accurate and complete medical records for all Home Care clients, ensuring documentation is current and compliant. Maintains required statistical and operational records. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, supervision, and evaluation of caregiver personnel. Collaborates with Home Care schedulers to develop staff qualifications and assignments. Ensures clients receive appropriate levels of care consistent with assessed needs. Coordinates services with allied health providers and facilitates appropriate referrals to community resources. Plans and oversees staff orientation and development; participates in required in-services and training. Participates in the annual program evaluation in conjunction with the Community Services Director. Ensures compliance of salaried, contracted, and volunteer staff with agency policies and procedures. Serves as Acting Administrator in the absence of the Community Services Director, as authorized. Maintains and reviews infection control policies and standards to ensure a safe working environment; ensures staff adherence to universal precautions and infection control practices. Collects and compiles statistical data necessary for the Home Care Annual Evaluation. Provides on-call coverage for the hours Home Care services are provided to clients
