Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow care plans and deliver respectful, high-quality care
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Personal Care & ADLs – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene.
- Medication Support – Provide reminders to help clients stay consistent with routines.
- Meal Preparation – Cook and plan nutritious meals that meet dietary needs.
- Companionship – Offer conversation, friendship, and emotional support.
- Transportation – Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Health Monitoring – Observe and promptly report changes in clients’ conditions.
