Requirements

  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow care plans and deliver respectful, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
  • CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care & ADLs – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Medication Support – Provide reminders to help clients stay consistent with routines.
  • Meal Preparation – Cook and plan nutritious meals that meet dietary needs.
  • Companionship – Offer conversation, friendship, and emotional support.
  • Transportation – Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
  • Health Monitoring – Observe and promptly report changes in clients’ conditions.
