Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — paid training available
Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for home care and helping others

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisted daily living (ADLs)
Support clients with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver compassionate in‑home care as a Caregiver working directly in clients' homes
Maintain a safe environment and offer professional, dependable senior care
