About The Position

This position involves providing personalized daily living assistance, maintaining a healthy home environment, conducting medication and wellness checks, engaging clients in mind-body activities, and detailed reporting of care notes.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days)
• A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client served

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer clients and support bathing/grooming
• Help with mobility devices
• Change linens and do light laundry
• Keep living areas clean and hazard-free
• Provide timely medication reminders and record basic vitals
• Document care notes and share changes with RN or Care Supervisor
