PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS This position focuses on in-home support services for clients in our community. They may be impacted by aging, have had recent medical changes requiring care, or may live with a disability. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve every time they work a shift. We even offer a training program to get you started on how to be the best caregiver you can be if you’ve never worked in the field before. Anyone and everyone can make a difference. Requirements

  • Both written and spoken English language proficiency required
  • High School Diploma / Equivalent required
  • A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and must be willing to transport clients
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR Ability to complete online and in person coursework
  • First Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Companionship through Activities
  • Provide Transportation Support (such as activities or appointments)
  • Assist with the Activities of Daily Living
  • Provide Meal Plan/Prep Support
  • Monitor Client for Change in Condition
  • Provide Support with Medication
  • Support with Housekeeping
