About The Position
Golden Heart Senior Care in Mason, OH is seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join their team as Home Care Aides in the Mason, Loveland, Maineville, South Lebanon, OH area. Both weekdays and weekend positions are needed. As an In Home Caregiver, the role involves working in clients’ homes to help improve the quality of life for seniors, keeping them independent and safe in their homes longer. Golden Heart offers a Career Path to all caregivers, regardless of experience, providing opportunities to advance and earn higher wages starting after just 90 days.
Requirements
- Genuinely concerned about helping people
- Be able to pass a background & criminal record check
- Pass a drug Screening test
- Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States
- Have a reliable vehicle & proof of auto insurance
- At least one year of caregiving experience as a caregiver, home health aide, HHA, personal care assistant, PCA, etc
Responsibilities
- Communicating with office and family
- Bathing, showering, toileting
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Dressing & grooming
- Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing incoming mail
- Grocery shopping, running errands
- Transferring and providing transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc
