Job Description As a Home Care Aide, you will: Assist with Daily Living Activities: Support clients with activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Provide Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, activities, and meaningful interactions to enhance their quality of life. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding, as needed, to promote a healthy lifestyle. Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by helping with household chores, laundry, and tidying up. Medication Reminders: Ensure clients are reminded to take medications as directed, helping them stay on track with their healthcare plan. Transportation Support: Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social outings as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Home Care or Similar Field: 6 months preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for the right person!
  • Compassionate and Patient: You genuinely care for people and are committed to helping others.
  • Reliable and Dependable: Consistency in care is crucial to our clients’ well-being, so punctuality and dependability are a must.
  • Clear Background Check: Safety first! We require a clear background check and reliable references.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Clear driving record

Responsibilities
