Requirements

Experience caring for seniors with dementia or other cognitive conditions
Patient, compassionate, and respectful
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, reliable, and ready to handle challenging client behaviors
A genuine heart for helping seniors live safely and independently at home
Ability to pass a Background check
Home Care Aide registered in California (or willing to obtain – we’ll guide you!)
Authorized to work in the United States
