About The Position

Gallagher Home Care is growing and hiring Home Care Aides! Competitive Starting Rates: We value your skills and experience. Pay begins at $15–$20/hour, depending on care level and prior related experience. Sign-on Bonus $1,000 Shifts Available: Multiple shifts are available!!! Your Role as a Home Care Aide: Assist with Personal Care: Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining their personal hygiene. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Home Care Aide, or DSP is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a caring heart. Dependability: We rely on our Home Care Aides to be punctual, professional, and reliable in following through with care Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
