Home Care Aide – Choose Your Shift (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) Make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle! We’re looking for caring, dependable Home Care Aides to provide in-home support for seniors. In this role, you’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and well-being while offering companionship and personalized care. Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings within a 20-mile radius
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Encourage engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
• Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s condition
