As a Home Care Aide with CASL, you'll receive: $19.50/hour pay Flexible scheduling to fit your availability $200 internal referral bonus when you refer another caregiver CASL provides training and support! Your Mission: The Home Care Aide is a vital contributor to the well-being and independence of our senior adults in our community. This role involves providing essential household and personal care support under the supervision of the participant, their family members, or authorized representatives, ensuring each individual receives tailored, high-quality assistance. By carrying out tasks outlined in the participant's Plan of Care, the HCA helps clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. This position plays a critical role in fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients, empowering them to live more independently.
