About The Position
This position involves the evaluation of candidate skills through proctoring a computerized knowledge-based examination and objective observation of candidates performing a demonstration of skills. The role requires the individual to control the test area by maintaining a working knowledge of Prometric policies and practices, greeting examinees, verifying identification, and monitoring candidates as they complete their written and practical exams. The evaluator will also resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor, protect the security of all computer software in the Test Center environment, and possess the technical proficiency to reboot workstations and reset passwords as necessary. Additionally, the evaluator will develop and maintain strong working relationships with testing sites, maintain an online appointment schedule to ensure event coverage, and provide on-site leadership for candidates. This position requires evaluating at least three test days a week, with examinations primarily conducted Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends.
