About The Position
As part of the LIFE's Senior Services PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team, we perform a vital service by providing primary care for Tulsa's aging population. Our amazing team of professional’s job is to provide services and oversight to keep participants in their homes for as long as safely possible. Most participants have numerous chronic conditions and have had minimal healthcare in the past. As a very personal service provider, Home Care Aides provide personal care assistance as needed. A genuine desire to work with older adults, and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with them and their caregivers while presenting a caring, friendly attitude is a must, and LIFE’s Home Care Aides are expected to demonstrate daily a commitment to the organization's Core Values of: being client-centered, showing dignity and respect for others, taking responsibility for one's own actions in their delivery of quality, compassionate health and personal service every day at LIFE.
