About The Position
Right at Home is seeking dedicated Home Care Aides/Caregivers to join our team in the East Bay area. This position is essential for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals who need assistance with daily activities. In this role, you will engage in various activities that promote companionship and social interaction, including both indoor and outdoor activities. You will also be responsible for providing homemaker services, which include light housekeeping, laundry, and meal planning and preparation. Medication monitoring and reminders are also part of your duties, along with personal care tasks such as grooming and hygiene assistance. Additionally, you will provide transportation for clients to run errands and supervise them to prevent falls or accidents. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $16 to $21 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications. Our caregivers enjoy flexible schedules that accommodate their availability, and we provide paid training and orientation to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.
