About The Position

Excel Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a growing non-medical home care agency who is committed to helping seniors and adults maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home. This growing non-medical home care agency is seeking a Home Care Administrator to help lead the startup into a trusted successful, and sustainable agency. Position Overview: The Home Care Administrator will oversee the daily operations, compliance, staffing, and growth of the agency. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and compassionate leader who has experience in home care, healthcare, and operations management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, developing our care team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (master's Preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership and operations experience in homecare, healthcare or related field.
  • Knowledge of state regulations for non-medical home care.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Passion for serving seniors and families with compassion and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise caregivers and office staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing non-medical homecare.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Manage client intake, care planning, and service quality monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Drive growth through business development, networking, and community outreach.
  • Report directly to the CEO/Owner with updates on operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.
