About The Position

Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health, has a need for a Full-time Account Executive in the Montgomery County area. The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices. The Account Executive is the face of Mercy Home Health/St Mary Home Care in their assigned geography. The Account Executive works across all departments as necessary to coordinate care. The Account Executive also works closely with the referral source, patients and their families to outline our services and gather the necessary information for a safe transition to home; therefore, strong communication and relationship development skills are a must. The Account Executive is responsible for processing referrals and for increasing market share from assigned accounts to achieve target forecast. Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years healthcare sales experience, home care experience and/or clinical background preferred ( i.e. Nursing, Medical Social Work). Computer efficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, current PA driver's license required. BS/BA Degree is related field or business. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to develop good rapport with referral sources and other community groups. Previous sales/marketing experience required, experience in healthcare-related field with a proven track record. Requirements
