Smooth Closing is looking for a driven Home Buying Specialist ready to take their high-pressure sales skills into a high-paying real estate environment. Our Home Buying Specialist works both in the office and in the field — meeting qualified leads , analyzing residential properties , and negotiating purchase offers that create win-win outcomes for homeowners and our investment partners. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales (auto, RV, solar, etc)
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a face-to-face sales setting
• Strong closing instincts and comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to learn real estate valuation and deal structuring

Responsibilities

• Manage your pipeline of qualified seller appointments (leads are provided)
• Visit properties in-person to evaluate condition, repairs, and market comps
• Run comparable market analysis (CMA) to determine offer pricing
• Present and negotiate offers directly with homeowners
• Build rapport, handle objections, and close contracts on the spot
• Update CRM daily and coordinate with internal transaction teams
