Acquisition Reps is a real estate operator-led placement and performance system dedicated to sourcing, onboarding, and coaching top acquisition talent. As a Home Buying Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our operations, engaging directly with homeowners and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with in-person client meetings
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Documented track record of sales success, such as quota attainment or deals closed

Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners to purchase their property, building trust and rapport quickly
  • Set up seller appointments, draft contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Prospect and call 10–40 people daily, including both warm and cold leads
  • Assess rehab costs and after-repair values (ARV) to inform purchase decisions
  • Act as a brand ambassador, solving problems and driving results with integrity and a profit-minded approach
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track interactions and progress
  • Consistently meet activity and performance targets, including making 10 offers and securing 2 signed contracts per week

Benefits

  • Comprehensive compensation package: $3,500–$4,000 monthly base salary plus 6% commission on all deals (first-year OTE $72k–$95k)
