JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a driven Home Buying Specialist (Acquisitions Manager) to join our rapidly growing team. This role is perfect for problem-solvers, deal-makers, and self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll negotiate directly with homeowners, structure win-win deals, and help the company acquire properties at scale. Requirements
- Proven success in sales or negotiations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player with self-motivation and personal accountability
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a competitive, high-energy atmosphere
- Clear speaking voice and professional written communication
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term goals
- Clean background check and valid driver's license required

- Real Estate License not required (many team members earn one after joining)
Responsibilities
- Meet and negotiate with homeowners to purchase their properties
- Structure and close win-win purchase contracts
- Manage hot inbound leads and follow-up systems (all leads are provided)
- Identify and pursue self-generated sales opportunities
- Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and create value
- Attend networking events and offsite marketing activities
- Analyze investment opportunities and maintain CRM records
- Track daily KPIs and exceed sales quotas
- Occasionally work weekends to capitalize on high-priority leads
