As a Home Builder Relationship Manager, you are the primary point of contact for homebuyers referred through our builder channel. You guide buyers through HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) program—from first conversation through approval—helping them unlock equity and remove the sale contingency so they can confidently move forward on their new build. While you build strong relationships with builder representatives and lending partners, your core responsibility is converting and supporting referred buyers. You thrive in high-urgency environments, respond quickly to inbound opportunities, and are confident pitching a financial product directly to consumers in a consultative, education-first way. This is a high-ownership, conversion-focused role within a rapidly growing channel.
