As a Home Automation Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Applause—guiding clients through the entire sales journey and helping them bring their smart home visions to life.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
- Have high emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset
- Understand control systems, A/V setups, and home automation technologies
- Be positive, coachable, and open to feedback
- Learn quickly and apply new information in real-world scenarios
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
- Work closely with clients and maintain communication from initial contact until the operations team completes the project
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of A/V and home automation products and trends
- Use and update CRM software daily to manage leads and track progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
