In Home ABA Therapist (Entry Level)
About The Position

This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients. What you will be doing as an At-Home Behavior Therapist: Travel to Client’s Homes : Embrace the opportunity to travel to various locations, meeting families where they are most comfortable. Must be comfortable driving to and from patient's homes up to 45 mins each way. Autonomous Working Style : We value self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.
Requirements
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must!
- An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
- A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
