About The Position

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. This role involves acting as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • No supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact well with others and promote diversity and inclusion.
