About The Position
As a Stock Associate at Hollister Co., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, ensuring that presentation standards are met throughout the store and stockroom. This position is part-time, typically requiring you to work three to four shifts per week, with each shift lasting about four to five hours. However, the number of hours may vary depending on the time of year and the specific needs of the business. During peak holiday seasons, you may be expected to work more hours, including most Saturdays and some Sundays. Your responsibilities will include managing the stockroom efficiently, ensuring that merchandise is organized and accessible, and assisting in the presentation of products on the sales floor. You will also be involved in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Communication with team members and adherence to company policies and procedures will be essential in this role, as will your commitment to asset protection and minimizing shrinkage.
