As a Key Holder (Part Time) at Hollister Co., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a genuine manner, anticipating their needs and responding effectively to enhance their experience in the store. You will embody the spirit of the Hollister brand, which aims to celebrate individuality and comfort, making every customer feel valued and appreciated. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also take on the responsibilities of a floor supervisor in the absence of a manager. This includes overseeing daily store operations, completing opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in their daily responsibilities. Your proactive thinking and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the store's operational efficiency and ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively. You will be expected to possess a strong understanding of our products and brand, which will enable you to communicate effectively with customers and drive sales. Your ability to adapt to various situations, manage stress, and multitask will be vital in this fast-paced retail environment. As a Key Holder, you will also be responsible for maintaining visual displays, utilizing the register and point of sales systems, and ensuring asset protection within the store. The work schedule for this position will vary weekly, with an expectation of working between 15 to 25 hours spread across 3 to 5 days. You will be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons when open availability is necessary to meet the business's needs.
