About The Position
The Job provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer’s needs. It requires an individualized style that relates to customers, engaging them in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience. The role also oversees the functions of the stockroom, including receiving and processing shipments, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment. Additionally, it executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present. Brand Representative Leads have work schedule requirements that vary across countries, typically spread across 5 working days weekly, and are required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday weeks.
