We’re seeking a PA/NP/MD with a holistic mindset and a passion for the latest in wellness science—someone who understands that healing goes beyond prescriptions and into personalized optimization. This is not a primary care or insurance-based role. Ideal for a provider who wants to spend quality time with clients in a beautiful spa environment focused on transformation and longevity.

Requirements

• Licensed PA/NP/MD in Florida
• Trained in—or deeply passionate about—holistic, integrative, or functional medicine
• Familiar with (or excited to learn) modern biohacking protocols
• Comfortable working with high-end clientele in a luxury wellness setting
• Curious, open-minded, and dedicated to root-cause healing
• Strong communicator with excellent sales skills

Nice To Haves

• IV therapy, peptides, or hormone optimization
• Functional lab interpretation
• Ozone, red light, HBOT, or lymphatic drainage devices
• Nutraceuticals and advanced supplement protocols
• Selling wellness packages and supplements
• Longevity and performance-based health optimization

Responsibilities

• Create customized wellness protocols rooted in integrative and functional medicine
• Use or oversee advanced biohacking therapies such as red light therapy, IV infusions, HBOT, peptides, ozone, exosomes, and detox systems
• Support clients in balancing hormones, improving gut health, managing stress, increasing energy, and optimizing metabolic function
• Collaborate with a passionate team of holistic practitioners, aestheticians, and wellness coaches
• Educate and empower clients to take charge of their health journeys
