About The Position

We are preparing for the upcoming holiday season and actively hiring Flex Security Officers to support coverage needs across Long Island. This includes coverage during peak retail and business periods such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and throughout December. We are seeking professional and reliable officers who are open to flexible assignments across multiple sites. Placement for regular work hours may begin immediately, with additional hours available during the holidays.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Security Guard License preferred
• At least 1 year of security experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different sites across Long Island
• Must be available for holiday and weekend shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence and maintain a safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors
• Monitor premises and perform routine patrols (foot and mobile depending on assignment)
• Respond to incidents and follow company procedures for incident reporting
• Assist with access control and visitor management
• Maintain high professional standards and communication while on duty
