About The Position

Lipscomb Academy is seeking enthusiastic and responsible adults to assist in our first ever Holiday Experience, November 24-26. This camp is designed with the same energy as our Summer Experience. We look forward to your interest! This position is Federal Work Study eligible for Lipscomb University Students.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well with children in a camp setting.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children in a variety of versatile activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.
Support camp leaders with planning and executing activities, providing a positive experience for all participants.
Act as a positive role model for campers, fostering teamwork, creativity, and responsibility.
