Winter Wishkeeper – Holiday Support Needed in Stroudsburg
About The Position
As Christmas lights glow across Stroudsburg and winter mornings settle in with quiet calm, many seniors rely on compassionate caregivers to bring warmth, connection, and steady support. At Comfort Keepers of Stroudsburg, our mission is to Elevate the Human Spirit , and during the holiday season, that mission shines even brighter. We are currently seeking caregivers to support two different seniors , each with their own unique needs and schedules. Both roles are outlined separately below for clarity. Client 1: Morning Companionship & Daily Support Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm Care Focus: This senior thrives with steady companionship and gentle support throughout the day. Your presence helps brighten long winter mornings and brings comfort during the holiday season. Client 2: Mobility Support, Personal Care & Pet‑Friendly Home Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:30am–2pm Monday–Friday, 2pm–7pm Care Focus: This senior benefits from mobility assistance, personal care, and support throughout the day. The home includes friendly pets (dogs and cats), making it a great fit for caregivers who enjoy a lively, animal‑friendly environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background screening
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with companionship and/or mobility assistance
- Pet‑friendly for Client 2
- Dependable, patient, and professional
