About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care Manassas is looking for Virginia-licensed PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to bring comfort and cheer to seniors who need a helping hand during the holidays and beyond. If you have a heart for caregiving and love making people smile, we’d love to have you on our team.

Requirements

• Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA license in the State of Virginia
• Current CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Clean background check (per VA HCO barrier crime standards)
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely with transfers

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Provide mobility and transfer support
• Prepare meals and offer light housekeeping help
• Provide companionship and festive cheer during the season
• Offer medication reminders and maintain accurate records
• Drive clients to appointments, events, or family gatherings
