Hoist & Crane Service Technician Duties: Maintain, repair, and the inspect overhead hoists and cranes. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of hoisting and lifting equipment. While demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking skills, troubleshoot and repair hoist and crane motor controls, gear cases, ETC, in a timely manner, with minimal assistance. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work independently and in a team environment. Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Two or more years of experience in repairing and/or inspecting overhead hoists and cranes OR two or more years of electrical maintenance experience. Working knowledge of motor controls, three-phase power systems, and single-phase power systems. Familiarity with basic hand tools and multimeters and the ability to interpret electrical schematics. Strong communication skills required. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
