About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Hogan IDS Lead Software Engineer in Consumer Technology as part of Enterprise Product and Pricing to support the product area. In this role, you will be a key technical SME and partner with different stakeholders like development teams, architecture, change management, control owners and other cross-functional teams to drive and deliver Enterprise Data and Platforms strategies. You will lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact and act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting for projects and programs, as well as reviewing and analyzing complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives. You will make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions, collaborating with key technical experts and senior technology teams to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Additionally, you will lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
