About The Position

The Compliance Driver at SpectrumAM is responsible for driving to various homeowner communities to inspect properties for compliance with community standards. This role involves significant time spent driving, making notations of non-compliant homeowners, and assisting homeowners with compliance-related issues. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to work outside the office while providing essential support to the community management team.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a safe driving record.
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to enter data into databases and use iPads.
• Proven skills in conflict resolution and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with homeowner association regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive to communities managed by SpectrumAM to inspect homes for compliance.
• Make notations of non-compliant homeowners during inspections.
• Assist homeowners in resolving compliance issues and de-escalating conflicts.
• Respond to customer inquiries by researching and providing accurate information.
• Recommend improved processes to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in educational opportunities to increase job knowledge.
