About The Position

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Site Location: Henderson, NV Set schedule: 34-Hour work week. Day/Swing/Grave Mix: 6am TO 2pm: Saturday/2pm to 10pm: Sunday & Monday/10pm to 6am: Tuesday. Competitive hourly wage of $23 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) Qualifications Education

Requirements

You're able to pass a Physical Agility Test consisting of Pushups, sit-ups, and chin-ups.
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand, or college degree.
You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
You can stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, and can work in the elements.
You have at least 1 year of working in a high-end HOA environment.
You have excellent people skills.
You can multitask and work well under pressure.
You have a valid PILB in hand.
You have a Driver's License and a clean driving record.
You have superior work ethic!

If you have Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
You greet residents and their guests with a friendly demeanor verifying their identity and ensuring proper access to the community.
You are controlling access to the community by monitoring the entrance and exit points.
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment, including cameras and access control systems, ensuring they are in working order.
You build positive relationships with residents and address any security concerns they may have providing information and support as needed.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
You may be asked to patrol the property by foot and by car in a safe manner.
