Higher Ground Property Management is seeking a dedicated HOA Property Manager to independently manage a portfolio of several offsite Homeowner Associations from our office located in Northridge, CA. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and management of these associations, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can handle a busy and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of basic property laws and the workings of Homeowner Associations (HOAs). This position offers flexibility, and we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and motivation to succeed in this role. As an HOA Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the associations, which includes managing communications with homeowners, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with HOA rules and regulations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional appearance. You will also need to be assertive and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with homeowners and vendors. This position is full-time, with a starting salary of $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. After a 90-day probationary period, employees will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits, along with significant paid time off and bonuses. Additionally, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week, once approved. Evening meetings may be required on occasion, and the ability to commute is essential.
