Responsibilities

• Manage the financial aspects of the homeowners association, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
• Oversee the collection of dues and assessments from homeowners
• Conduct credit analysis for potential homeowners and manage delinquency issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and attend board meetings, providing reports and updates on association activities
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, local regulations, and state laws
• Collaborate with legal counsel on legal matters affecting the association
• Supervise maintenance and repair projects within the community
• Handle homeowner inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
