About The Position
Tarantino Properties Inc is looking for an experienced Part Time HOA Manager to oversee a high-rise community, Westgrove Tower Condominiums in Raleigh, NC. This Manager will interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members. This detail-oriented and experienced HOA Manager will have a strong background in administrative tasks and problem solving.
Requirements
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes
- Looking for an experienced HOA Manager.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Onesite software is a plus
- Rent Manager software experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answering community questions via phone and email.
- Maintaining policy and records.
- Collecting HOA fees.
- Ensuring implementation of policies and guidelines.
- Maintaining common and shared amenities.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance requests.
- Communicating with residents and addressing homeowner concerns.
- Assisting in dispute resolution.
