Requirements

  • Experienced in rental property or HOA management (1+ year required)
  • Appfolio Experience
  • Google Suite Experience
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our residential management portfolio
  • Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians
  • Conduct onsite meetings and walkthrough inspections
  • Portfolio management
  • Project management
  • General office and administrative duties
  • Ensure outstanding client relations and service
