HOA Inspection Driver
About The Position
We are a full-service Community Association Management company looking for a part-time Inspection Driver to support our team. Your role is to support the Community Managers by capturing videos of the communities we manage to assist with their monthly compliance inspections. Prior experience is not necessary as we will provide all the training you need. This is a great role for anyone looking for steady part time work in the mornings Mon-Thur. Our office is in Suwanee, and your days will start and end at that office. This will be a permanent part-time position, and we are looking for a long-term addition to our team. Requirements
- High School degree required, certification or diploma in related field an asset
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must have a current GA driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be available for a regular schedule of at least 2 days each week between 9AM and 1PM
- Attention to detail, and ability to follow a scheduled route
- Organized, self-starter and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills in Google Suite and ability to learn new software apps
Responsibilities
- Following specified driving routes according to the monthly inspection schedule
- Capture video using a company provided camera and mobile app.
- Upload video files at the office following a written procedure
