About The Position

Allied HOA is looking for an experienced HOA Facilities Porter We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician to work for a growing company which offers excellent benefits, training, performance bonuses and the chance to work with a successful team of high performers. The Porter is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all community facilities community, including buildings, landscaping, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas.

Requirements

Maintenance Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Available to work full-time hours, five days per week
Customer service minded
High degree of professionalism and “can do” attitude
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Patient, organized, and detail oriented
Excellent communications and listening skills
High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks
Able to follow company policies as well as federal, state and local laws
Able to work harmoniously with colleagues, customers and vendors
Able to reliably attend work by arriving on time and remain actively engaged to complete work responsibilities during assigned work hours.

Nice To Haves

Certification in maintenance technician areas, including plumbing and pool maintenance (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Upkeep of grounds by picking up trash/debris, performing basic cleaning duties, and select landscape maintenance for amenities, building exteriors, community office, parking lots and other community buildings.
Assists in routine maintenance and repairs of community facilities
